This is an interesting Tarot deck with a whole lot of white space and with the opportunity to truly get into intuitive Tarot card reading.

Before jumping right into The Linestrider Tarot Deck, I wanted to take some time learning about the author and illustrator of this lovely Tarot deck — Siolo Thompson.

I love her name and her artwork. She’s from Seattle, Washington in the good ol’ USA. The Linestrider Tarot was published by Llewellyn Worldwide in May of 2016 with two follow-up projects published in 2018 — The Hedgewitch Botanical Oracle Deck and The Otherkin Tarot. Very interesting names!

Siolo seems to be able to do her art, roam around the mountains, swim and do some untraditional cooking from recipes of the 19th century. This all sounds like great fun.

The Linestrider Tarot Deck is based on the Rider-Waite-Smith system which I find delightful. This deck seems to have you straddling two world — the one of magic and the other of logic. I get a bit of a poetic vibe from this deck. I would think it would be quite inspirational for the poet that may be hiding within.

It is a bit different, yet fascinating all at the same time. I think this would be a wonderful addition to your ever-growing Tarot Collection.

I love walk-through videos:

I do like The Linestrider Tarot Deck. How about you?

It seems like each card is its own journey into a world of wonder, stimulating the heart and imagination.

I get a bit of a nostalgic feeling when I view the cards. I find myself delving into my imagination and memories of laying on the grass looking up at the sky and all those puffy cloud formations that slowly drift away, changing into something new to feed my inquisitive mind.

I started writing this blog post while riding high from my previous posts: Tarot of the Haunted House and Ghost Tarot, not thinking of how much I would like The Linestrider Tarot … Go figure!

I never know where this journey through various Tarot decks will take me. I see something new and think I’ll review it. I am most often deighted, but I have been disappointed in some decks … but it could be that particular day I wasn’t connecting with anything … just lost in my own thoughts …

Most of the time I am pleasantly surprised by the wonderful Tarot decks availabe today … and there will always be more … This is such a creative and imaginative community.

I do thank you for stopping by and hope you find the right Tarot deck for you.
