Earlier I was searching for this deck, but was unable to find it … Then I looked again and there were two different formats for The Halloween Tarot Deck. Isn’t that amazing!!
I suppose it is all about timing and perhaps having an open mind. I may have just overlooked it … kind of with the car keys or whatever else seems to get misplaced.
I’ve been doing a bit of study to learn the basics of the meanings of the Tarot cards and observing all those excellent details that are put in the various card images. And just thinking about each card and trying to clear my mind to see what I’m actually seeing and feeling. Basically we have all the information we need to read the Tarot cards — our own experiences are invaluable along with how each card makes us feel. This is why it is so important to select Tarot cards where you feel some kind of connection … a positive connection …
I bought a deck I recently returned — for one reason, a card was missing and for another it just didn’t speak to me. The images were beautiful and there was so very much detail … but something didn’t feel right. I even smudged them and felt I needed to remove them from my house. That was quite strange, but there was obviously no connection … So, when you feel like that, it is wise to return it or give it to someone else or do whatever you feel is appropriate …

I do like the idea that The Halloween Tarot is a Rider-Waite clone of sorts.
It is wonderful they changed the suits up to celebrate the spirit of Halloween.
Of course you can use this deck during the Halloween season or anytime you have that tinglly feeling of fall and dressing up in your favorite costume …
The suits are Pumpkins, Imps, Ghosts and Bats — Interesting selection … I wonder what I would have chosen — I do think the Pumpkins are a good choice and Ghosts and Bats seem to work well with the theme … and I suppose Imps work, but what about Witches … or Candy Corn … I wonder about a Haunted House or an Old Scary Tree … I’m wondering how this deck will work …
