For Me It Is Truly Important To Understand The Various Tarot Cards And Begin Reading Them
This may be something that may take you some time to learn and to review … or you can remain focused on the cards from your particular Tarot Deck, sit with them for a few moments and see what develops.
Having a general meaning of the various cards and suits is more important than memorizing a whole lot of definitions. I found with Daily Witch Tarot some expressions such as Achy Breaky Heart that stuck in my mind as it associates to the Three of Swords. It is excellent to make associations rather than a random list of keywords.
Be creative, but also be true to the cards brue meaning. Make it fun and you’ll remember it better. And … don’t be afraid to change some as you grow in your Tarot studies.
It’s also interesting to note how we relate to the various Tarot cards … And see how they compare for you from one deck to another … Is there a difference? Or are you seeing the card giving you a new perspective?
Tarot is fluid …much like life … inviting us to experience things in a new way …
I’ve purchased Tarot Decks that seem serious … fun … mysterious …A Tarot Deck to fit my mood and perhaps even the question I may want to ask …
Or purchase one Tarot Deck and use it exclusively. It truly does matter. The important thing is to use Tarot regularly.
Over The Course Of Several Months, I’ve Been Sharing With You Various Videos Regarding Learning To Read Tarot Cards Quickly And Easily.
Once again I have one to share …
I began this journey wanting to learn as much as possible about the various Tarot cards … but I’m beginning to realize that it may not be the cards, but what you bring into the reading …
I’ve seen many who read from the guidebook … which gives quite a flat reading … Every card has a meaning, but what we see and feel brings a reading to life.
Moonlight Guidance Has This Great Video Tutorial Taking You Through The Meanings Of All 78 Tarot Cards:
The Most Important Thing Is To Get A Set Of Tarot Cards That You Will Use Regularly …
When I first started thinking about Tarot, building this website and exploring various YouTube Videos, etc. I discovered the most important thing was to get a deck of Tarot cards and go through them …
It was important to know the suits … the Higher Arcana … and each and every card in the deck.
Some cards drew me into the image … some made me feel uncomfortable …
Of course I turned to the guidebook regularly to see what each card meant … But I didn’t remember those meanings … I remembered my reaction to the cards. I took notes in my journal and continued on from there.
For me it wasn’t as much memorizing the various meanings, but recognizing them … Those same feelings would come up … Perhaps this was intuitive on my part … Whatever it was … is … it has brought meaning into my Tarot journey …
See what works for you.
Thanks for stopping by.
