I’ve Been Watching Several YouTube Videos Over The Weekend Addressing What 5 Tarot Decks Would You Be Unable To Live Without.
Sadly for me there were many I didn’t recognize … perhaps due to the fact they were out of print or I’m just unaware of the wide variety of Tarot Decks available.
Many of these videos rambled on and on … not unlike how I write this blog … However, there was one video addressing two categories … 5 Tarot Decks used for personal reading and 5 Tarot Decks used when reading for others. Evidently, there are some Tarot Readers with Tarot Decks used exclusively for their own use …
I can understand how some Tarot Decks would be special to us … They give us good on point responses to our questions … or we resonate to particular decks … But why not share them when reading for others?
This got me wondering about my own Tarot Deck Collection … I do have 14 or 15 of them … I’m wondering which ones I couldn’t live without … and which ones would exclusively be for my personal readings … Obviously, I’m not as well versed in Tarot Reading as those who have their YouTube Channels …
I’ve worked the most with the Everyday Witch Tarot. I would use this deck when reading for others … And perhaps all of them, actually … Maybe I need to interview them all and ask if they would want to do exclusive readings just for me and be my personal deck … That may be interesting …
Looking At This Selection Of Tarot Decks … I’m Wondering About Them … And The 9 To 10 Others I Didn’t Select …
For the class I’ll be taking beginning September 18 with Daily Tarot Girl, I’m to select one Tarot Deck to use … Of course I selected Everyday Witch Tarot … But now I’m wondering … Would one of my other Tarot Decks we more appropriate? I may need to take a look at them and see which one resonates with me the most …
I was surprised by this list, actually … I wondered about Tarot of Haunted House and Ghost Tarot … then there was Legacy of the Divine Tarot … or Tarot In Wonderland … the traditional Rider-Waite Tarot … or Crystal Visions Tarot … I may need to give them a;; a better look …
I Definitely Don’t Want My Other Tarot Decks To Feel Left Out … So I May Have Another Picture Display Of Them With Links.
This will also show me that I have either 14 or 15 Tarot Decks … I would think I would know for sure … Let’s see what is left … There’s Green Witch Tarot … Steampunk Tarot … Tarpt de la Nuit … Rider-Waite … All right, I have 14 Tarot Decks, not 15. I believe my confusion was when I bought I returned … There was a card missing … plus I wasn’t all that thrilled by it. Sometimes we do need to hold them in our hands and truly look at them to decide if they’re right for you … or me …
I do wonder which of my Tarot Decks would be best for learning to read inuitively … It’s going to be a deck I’ll be working with exclusively for 4 weeks … oh my goodness … decisions … decisions … decisions …
I Believe I’ll Stick With The Everyday Witch Tarot For My 4-week Course …
I may do a one question interview with my decks to see if they would want to be handled for 4-weeks … or it may be worthwhile for me to see which of my 14 Tarot Decks I would feel the most comfortable working with exclusively for 4 weeks …
That’s the thing with Tarot Decks … we may over time need a particular deck and then find it time to move on … perhaps we’ve outgrown a deck or just didn’t connect with it … I’m having a few second thoughts about a few of my decks in my collection … Perhaps I’m not ready for them yet …
I do like to follow the Rider-Waite format … some of my decks have moved from it … I just don’t want to use the Rider-Waite deck for this course … but I may want a more traditional deck rather than a humorous-type deck … Or does it really matter … I need to find one I’m deeply drawn to and it to me …Perhaps an interview is in order.
Thanks for stopping by, I truly appreciate it. If you have any suggestions for me, please leave me a comment below.
