It’s Always Exciting To Get New Tarot Decks To Add To Your Collection
We sometimes follow themes. I’m into the witches … some of you may find you go for angels or mermaids … maybe something more traditional …
I have an interesting collection of Tarot decks … some I’ve learned may be considered “quirky” … I have to agree … I may lean toward quirky to a great degree …
I’ve also found in he beginning I was going more traditional … wanting something serious and elegant … to follow the old style of the Rider-Waits …
Over time our tastes may change which will be reflected in our choice of Tarot card decks we choose to purchase or to use … And, of course, our interests may reflect our mood or the season …
It is all a matter of relating to our Tarot cards … and the questions we’re asking … or whether we’re asking questions for ourselves or others … I believe all Tarot deck collections have a variety of themes …
Quirky Tarot Decks
It is truly interesting to see what others refer to as “quirky” … I have some I may add to this list.
Of This Selection Of “Quirky” Tarot Decks, I Have The Bonefore Tarot, But I Have Some Other Decks I Would Consider “Quirky” …
It’s all about telling a story … Bringing our that creative and intuitive side of you … Something that clicks and brings readings to life in a fun way …
Of course, I’m into my Everyday Witch Tarot which is fun … not necessarily quirky … but perhaps it could be … depending upon your thoughts on the subject …
When I started my Tarot Journey, I was drawn to Tarot decks that interested me from the stand point of the artwork … or something I go into due to subjects of interest … or something that was unusual and just fun …
Below you’ll be able to see my “quirky” Tarot decks …
What Captures Your Imagination?
The artwork … The concept of the theme … The story that seems to come forth …
The Tarot is about life … it is fluid … from day to day we make decisions that may change our course … We may move forward from one project to another … We may find relationships changing … We experience pretty much what life has to offer … The Major Arcana is about the major events and the Minor Arcana about the ordinary ups and downs of our daily lives …
We choose Tarot decks based on our lives or our likes … I’m fascinated by the paranormal … I’m not so much into sci fi … but sometimes that is interesting along with fantasy … Each deck brings an energy with it … how you relate to that energy decides whether you’ll purchase a particular Tarot deck or not …
When it comes to reading the cards for yourself or others … what story comes to mind to connect the cards that are selected …
I’m finding that key words don’t really help connect the cards … I like to put them together … sit with them for a moment and listen … hear what is going on and hearing what the cards have to say … There is definitely a story to hear … something you may not have considered in response to your question …
We are naturally intuitive … we just have to allow the cards to tell you what you need to know — not necessarily what you want to hear …
Tarot is a valuable tool … Use it wisely … Until next time, thanks for stopping by!
